CODE OF CONDUCT
G-man tools is a small company from a small community, but we are big in our market and deliver our products all over the world. Therefore, it is important for us to work for the improvement of Human rights and labor law, Environment and health, Business ethics and morals to the extent that we can. This is our Code of Conduct.
Human rights and labor law
G-man Tools is a family-owned company with a long tradition. At G-man Tools, it is important that everyone enjoys the workplace, feels involved and has the opportunity to influence their work environment. No child labor, discrimination or harassment in any form may occur at the company. All employees are free to start or participate in trade union activities. We support and respect human rights by working with it internally and actively choosing our external suppliers who can support our mind and way to work in these issues.
Environment and health
In order to be as resource efficient as possible, quality management is important to us. Our policy is to always work within the “Zero defect principle” which means that we must have a good knowledge of our own and the customer’s requirements on the product.
The precautionary principle shall be adopted when it comes to risks to the environment and health. All employees shall be aware of risks and safety measures linked to the environment and health. In order to develop environmental work, we shall work with environmental goals and action plans and follow them up on an ongoing basis.
We want to be at the forefront of developing more environmentally friendly products in our market.
Business ethics and morals
We want good contact with our business partners where we strive for long-term relationships. We respect and follows laws and regulations that exist nationally and internationally. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption at all levels.
